 Much like a Merchant Banker, GRW can assist in arranging financing for projects that have either an acceptable bank guarantee or government guarantee. There is no maximum dollar limit for this service because it is based on the quality of the guarantee attached to the project. However, we look for a minimum of Five Million U.S. Dollars ($5,000,000) per project. Please go to our Contact page and email us a complete synopsis of the project and data on the guarantee backing it. We will also need as much information on the borrower as can be provided. Discounting Bank Guarantees: If you have a bank guarantee and wish to discount, sell or forfait, please send a complete copy of the instrument. Include the name and address of the bank, web site of the bank, dollar amount and all other pertinent data. Once we have received this information we will be able to tell you what we can do to assist you. MTN While GRW does not actively involve itself in MTN’s, we do have a very credible and excellent outlet for such bank instruments. |
