|  GRW began in 1969 as an equipment and commodities export company. We created a team of international agents and dealers to market the GRW brand of Asphalt Pavers. Through this worldwide network, we exported used and new tractors, tractor parts, generators, cranes, concrete block plants, and many other types of equipment. Our Westmac Division exported Caterpillar brand tractors, generators and other equipment as well as the Westmac brand Asphalt Pavers. We eventually expanded into other commodities such as rice, cement, sugar and petroleum products. During these early years, we also created a division specializing in mining engineering for various mines throughout the world. As time passed, GRW diversified into financial services for international projects. This led to the purchasing and selling of bank guarantees and other documentary credits. Due to our vast experiences in the export-import markets over the last 39 years, we began offering our services as an “Export-Import Processor” to various manufacturers and exporters-importers. In this capacity, we process our clients’ letters of credit, which sometimes involves the discounting of those letters of credit, and assist with all of their other export-import requirements. Partnering with GRW to handle all of the many issues involved in international export-import in today’s world allows our clients to concentrate on the production of their products. Our clients include manufacturers of products that are to be exported around the globe. Some of our clients over the years have included the Saudi Arabian Army; the Jordanian Army; the Shah of Iran; singer Garth Brooks; Hyatt Hotels; and many construction projects throughout the United Kingdom and Africa.
